Choose from grilled, sautéed or blackened options. Daily specials include both combined and separate Surf and Turf options, and their famous homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding is the perfect dessert choice to complete any meal. Guests can even enjoy trying some of Chef George Fowler’s delicious recipes at home, which are published in his cookbook “Going down Sticky Toffee Lane”, available for purchase. Both indoor and outdoor dining options are available at this charming seafront restaurant.

Camana Bay is a lively waterfront town offering plenty of entertainment options featuring restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops, and a movie theatre. Cayman Turtle Centre is one of the Cayman Islands' top tourist attractions and a fun place for all the family to visit The facility is split into four main sections: ‘Turtle Encounters’, ‘Wild Caribbean’, ‘Aquatic Adventures’ and ‘Nature & Culture’. Turtle encounters includes close-up interaction with green sea turtles, along with educational information and experiences about the history and importance of these special creatures. Guests can also choose from several exciting activities including swimming or snorkelling in a saltwater lagoon, nature trail walks, and a free-flight aviary filled with colourful, exotic birds. Visitors to the centre will be supporting the preservation of green sea turtles which call the waters around the Cayman Islands their home.
