About us

Opened in 2017, Bàcaro has quickly become one of the most popular  restaurants in Cayman, and understandably so! The ambience is lively, the  decor is modern, the menu offers an array of tapas-style dishes to be savoured individually or shared, and the view of the harbour is fabulous! Dine inside, eat at the bar, sit in the lounge or enjoy a table overlooking the water.  Pop along Tuesday to Friday from 11.30am – 3pm for the express lunch, including three incredible courses and a glass of wine or beer for $26.  Or try the Saturday breakfast from 9.30am, which features pancakes, omelettes, cured ham and asparagus, egg benedict, fresh oysters, Greek yoghurt, Sumac spiced smoked salmon and arugula, Prosciutto di San Daniele and melon, and lots more! Happy hour is every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm – 7pm. The A La Carte menu presents a choice of small plates (deep-fried calamari, Bàcaro spice seared scallop with roasted cream potato, zucchini parmigiana, crispy lobster bites), medium plates (braised lamb shank Wellington, Bigoli all’Anatra, Cornish hen and catch of the day), and large plates that include Grigliata Mista, salumi e formaggi platter and roasted jumbo shrimp skewers. A kids menu of various pasta dishes and chicken nuggets with French fries is available too.

A warm, friendly welcome awaits you at Bàcaro.
