About us

Cracked Conch, as the name suggests, is a seafood restaurant but with a difference.

Chef Muthu’s globally inspired menu has a uniquely flavourful Caribbean twist. The lunch and dinner menus feature conch ceviche, jerk tuna tartare and short rib ravioli for starters, and entree selections include pistachio crusted Mahi Mahi, seared local tuna and scallops, and butter poached Nova Scotia lobster. The stunning location offers ocean views, spectacular sunsets and tropical breezes, while the indoor bar serves cocktails with flair that only the Caribbean knows how. The elegant vibe, mouth-watering seafood and waterfront views will keep you coming back for more.

CAMANA BAY

Camana Bay is a lively waterfront town offering plenty of entertainment options featuring restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops, and a movie theatre. Take the time to visit the 75-foot tall observation tower to enjoy beautiful views across the north sound and ocean. Kids love to splash in the various fountain playgrounds. It’s also home to international businesses and schools, and residents of the condos overlooking the harbour. Every Wednesday, there is a weekly farmers and artisans market. Boat tours set sail from the docks, and there’s even a heli-pad.

Cayman Turtle Centre WEST BAY

Cayman Turtle Centre is one of the Cayman Islands' top tourist attractions and a fun place for all the family to visit The facility is split into four main sections: ‘Turtle Encounters’, ‘Wild Caribbean’, ‘Aquatic Adventures’ and ‘Nature & Culture’. Turtle encounters includes close-up interaction with green sea turtles, along with educational information and experiences about the history and importance of these special creatures.  Guests can also choose from several exciting activities including swimming or snorkelling in a saltwater lagoon, nature trail walks, and a free-flight aviary filled with colourful, exotic birds.  Visitors to the centre will be supporting the preservation of green sea turtles which call the waters around the Cayman Islands their home.

SEVEN MILE BEACH

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine walking along a stretch of powdery, white sand fringed with clear, aquamarine blue water, lapping gently against the shore. Feel the warmth of the setting sun that paints the sky with shades of blue, pink, and gold. What’s terrific about this idyllic scene is that it’s real. Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach offers visitors a mesmerising seascape. In addition, the absence of crowds ensures visitors can enjoy pure tranquillity. SMB is the perfect spot for a moment of repose. The best part of this outdoor treat is its accessibility as it runs parallel to West Bay Road.
